200grams soaked cashews (cover cashews with water in a small pot and get them to the boiling point and take of the heat and leave it to soak for 20-60min and then rinse)
1can of Coconut milk
1tbsp Cinnamon powder
1tsp Clove powder
1tsp Nutmeg
100 ml of water
400 ml Almond milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Rum essence
6 Medjool dates
pinch of sea salt

all the ingredients can be swapped for any alternatives like – soy milk or hemp milk or which ever you prefer or use only coconut milk.
for sweetener you can use more dates to make it sweeter or substitute it for agave nectar or maple syrup.
